Terms and conditions

Hello, thank you for visiting my bookstore.

The prices in the store are in CHF. Not included in the price are the costs for packing and shipping. They are mentioned in the shopping cart and vary depending on the weight and packaging of the product.

The data you provide will only be used for shipping the products and invoicing. Your data will not be passed on. You can have your data deleted at any time.
Cookies are used for technical reasons to enable the operation of the store.
If you use PayPal as a payment method, the privacy policy of PayPal also applies.

The shipment within Switzerland is usually 1-5 days after receipt of payment (Economy Post). It can take longer for other countries.
If the goods are sent uninsured by mail, the risk of loss on the postal route lies with the buyer.
Shipping costs according to shipping costs table. Other countries than listed on request.
When shipping abroad, any additional fees are to be paid by the buyer. These will be charged directly to the buyer by the customs or delivery company.

You can cancel an order if the shipment has not yet taken place. Simply write an email.

You as a buyer are obliged to check the goods upon receipt and report any defects to me by email within 5 days.
In case of justified complaints, the customer is entitled to one of the legal warranty claims at my discretion (return, reduction, replacement).
The postage for a possible return, for the purpose of exchange or repair of the defects, you take over as a buyer.
Exchange/return only possible in the event of defects or incorrect delivery (unless the defects have been specified).
The content descriptions are without guarantee and do not constitute a defect in case of deviation.
